Nurse-Incharge Required for Private Hospital in Salalah Oman

A Private Hospital Oman, is looking for an experienced Nurse-Incharge to oversee the daily operations of the nursing department and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a strong clinical background, capable of managing a team of nurses while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Position:   Nurse-Incharge

Location:  Salalah, Oman

Experience– min 4  yr

Salary -480 to 500 OMR or based on exp

Note – Preferred  with Prometric, Dataflow, viva Completed or licensed candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, manage, and coordinate nursing staff across all units.
• Ensure that nursing care standards are met, aligning with hospital policies and best practices.
• Manage the flow of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training for nursing staff.
